Description
General aspect and origins - Fortunella hindsii, also known as Honk Kong kumquat or wild kumquat, has several unique features among the Fortunella genus. First, the fruit is small, about the size of a pea. Also, it is a slow grower, and is quite tolerant of container culture, which makes it a very good subject for bonzai growers.

Flowers - The Hong Kong kumquat has white scented flowers.
