Mandevilla boliviensis is a twining vine which is native to South America, and more precisely to Costa-Rica, Ecuador and Bolivia, as suggests its scientific name. It has white scented flowers with yellow throats.
This plant can be grown outdoors in USDA zones 10-11. In colder climates, it should be grown under glass or indoors.

This vine has evergreen, entire, oval to oblong, dark-green leaves that are about 4-8 in (10-20 cm) long.
Flowers are scented and have 5 white petals and a golden-yellow throat. They are grouped in terminal racemes, and appear from mid-spring to late summer in temperate areas, and all the year long in warmer climates.
