Grevillea 'Robyn Gordon' (the Proteaceae familly)

Description

General aspect and origins - 'Robin Gordon' is an Australian Grevillea selected by David Gordon, who created the Myall Park Botanic Garden, Queensland, Australia. This hybrid was named after David Gordon's daughter, Robin.
Leaves - 'Robin Gordon' has an evergreen foliage which is close in aspect to that of Grevillea robusta, also known as the silky oak.
Flowers - This hybrid has ornamental red flowers. In mild climates, Grevillea 'Robin Gordons' blooms through a long period.

Culture

This Grevillea is hardy in USDA zones 9a and warmer.

Propagation

This hybrid can be propagated by cuttings and air layers, or can be grafted.
