Hello everybody,

I have a big area (about 250m2) that I'd like to transform into a little bamboo wood :-P
However, I'd like tall bamboos, (And I really mean tall! which would be 10+ meters tall!)
I know of some hardy small bamboos, but what about big ones? Usual winters temperatures drop to about -6°C here, with seldom -8°C.
Do you have any suggestion for a good candidate?
Thank you. Etto.

Hello Etto,
I have almost no knowledge of bamboos, but I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere that some bamboo species could withstand something like 0°F. (Has to be verified, though)
