I'll second Etto for Tibouchina urvilleana, which can resist 27°F-28°F from what I heard.
But :
1 - I think the urvilleana species is one of the hardiest Tibouchina, I won't be true anymore with granulosa, organensis, or heteromalla, IMHO.
2 - These frosts should be extremelly occasional and brief. Otherwise I don't think the plant will really recover! If you forget your potted plant one or two nights a year, Kacey, it should be okay
